Here are small, easy to work with sheets of white styrene for:
- Wheel tubbs
- Inner door panels
- Airfoil wings and winglets
- Floor panels
- Repair door gaps that are too wide after cutting them out
The uses are endless.
Sizes .005" and .010" are the easiest to bend a tight radius, like for wheel tubbs. Sheets .005" and .010" are a little thinner than an index card.
Use a heat gun, hair dryer or warm water to soften the styrene enough for bending.
The thinner it is, the more pliable it is.
Five thickness sizes are available from thinnest to thickest:
- .005"
- .010"
- .015"
- .020"
- .030"
