Here is a smaller quantity of four different types of Dzus mounting plates. Attach them to the chassis and body to provide anchor points.

They're individually mounted on a soft rubber backing, so no cutting is required (and no lost parts).
With 60 pieces included, there are enough plates here for a few cars.
