Making your own single or twin turbocharger setup?

Here's something you need and it would be difficult to scratch build - waste gates.  Here's a pair of 3D-printed waste gates.

A wastegate is a boost-controlling device that limits exhaust gases going through the turbocharger.  It does this by letting exhaust gases out of the engine by bypassing the turbocharger rather than travelling through it.

I have a set of plumbing and wiring diagrams for a turbo charged system, which includes waste gage info, in the Downloads/Videos tab.  This is a free downloadable PDF document.

The inlet is plumbed into the exhaust manifold ahead of the turbocharger and the outlet is plumbed into the exhaust pipe on the exit side of the turbocharger. 

Install the waste gate in the header tubing
    between the engine and the turbine.

TURBO CHARGERS, HEADERS AND OTHER ASSOCIATED PARTS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
