I'm using a Hemostat for many purposes.
With it's narrow, curved tip, it can place a part into a space otherwise impossible, or it would at least take more time.
It is 5.5" long, made of stainless steel and has multiple locking positions.
Use a rubber band around the hemostat to keep the part held snuggly.
They're made by Excel in the USA.
Package contains one Hemostat, by Excel.
